NEW DRIED PREMIXES are ready to use, all you need to add is template, primer and destiled water. Gel loading dye is included in each PCR premix kit allowing 1 step post PCR gel electrophoresis. Dried premixes could be shipped and handled on RT (short-term storage +4C, long-term storage -20C).
