LONG OLIGOS are routinely synthesized in scales from 25nmol to 15umol, length upto 250mer and >99.5% coupling efficiency. Over 50mer we recomend gel purification. Our long oligo prices start from £0.25 per base!

MOLECULAR BEACONS supplied by us have better than 50:1 signal to background ratio, usually in range of 200. The purity is > 99% as judged by PAGE. All dye conjugations are available.

FLUORESCENT PRIMERS are extensively used for Genotyping, SNP genotyping, Allelic discrimination and Fragment analysis. We also synthesize TaqMan probes. 

MODIFICATIONS we offer are for Antisense Gene Target, rt-PCR probes, QPCR, SNP genotyping, Allelic discrimination, Hybridization Probes and PCR amplification primers.
