SCANNERS currently offerd are affordable colorimentric scanner or more expensive and also more sensitive fluorescent scanners.

Complete system for colorimetric microarray scanning with adjustable gain, 5, 10, 20 and 50 µm resolution, and compatibility with all standard substrates.

We introduce a new line of microarray scanning instruments that provide improved performance and efficiency compared to commercial laser scanners. SpotLight leverages new “cool” excitation technology, sensitive deep-space imaging detectors, proprietary high numerical aperture lenses and custom filter sets to capture more signal than traditional microarray scanners, while offering greatly reduced background. ArrayIt® sets a new standard in microarray scanning with the 2-color SpotLight and the 6-color SpotLight Turbo systems. >> enquire

MICROARRAYS provided and ready to use are human 25K discovery microarrays, protein and tissue arrays.

H25K is the first human genome microarray based on a completely sequenced human genome. This multi-purpose microarray allows users to explore a myriad of basic questions across 25,509 fully annotated human genes and >300,000 human transcripts. The most advanced bioinformatics, oligonucleotide manufacturing, microarray printing, and surface chemistry provide unprecedented specificity and sensitivity. Fully compatible with an installed base of >10,000 microarray slide scanners, H25K sets a new standard for genomic analysis.

Antibody microarrays contain monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies manufactured in a miniaturized and multiplexed microarray format. Proteins present in labeled samples applied to the antibody microarrays bind with high specificity to their cognate partners on the chip, and signals provide a quantitative measure of protein identity and abundance. Applications include protein expression profiling, serum analysis, and diagnostics.

CheckIt™ Chips contain 100 oligo elements in Sense and Antisense orientation to enable testing of any probe preparation. Printed In two easy to read 10 X 10 arrays CheckIt™ Chips provide an excellent introductory product for users new to the field, and must-have product for advanced users wishing to check their hybridization probes prior to use on expensive, high-complexity microarrays

Discover Chips contain 380 oligos specific to genes from 30 major functional groups for broad coverage of physiological and transcriptional information. Four negative controls from the Ambion™ ArrayControls™ Set are included and each 70mer is double spotted for reliable data interpretation. Discover Chips are available for Human, Mouse, Rat and Arabidopsis.

The AccuMax™ Microrray is a slide containing various types of small tissues. The diameter of each spot on the slide ranges from 0.6 to 2.0 mm and the sections number tens to several hundreds. Each tissue section is extracted from various donor blocks and transferred into a ready-made recipient block. The donor blocks are generally conventional, formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded blocks but can also be different types, such as non-formalin-fixed, frozen types.

Microarray transcription factor profiling systems enable researchers to rapidly identify transcription factors that drive biological responses. They employ a powerful multiplexed approach for simultaneously measuring the binding of different transcription factors to their unique regulatory DNA elements.

PRINTING TECHNOLOGY includes printing heads, pins (Stealth, 946 or Professional) and various substrates for optimal spotting.

HYBRIDIZATION section covers hybridization station, hybridization cassettes and range of buffers.

Designed for biochemical reactions with DNA and protein microarrays. Now available also in red, blue, green, yellow, purple and brown.

The NEW 16 and 24 chamber hybridization cassettes fits one microarray substrate (1” x 3” or 25mm x 76mm) and sections it into 16 or 24 individual rectangles for up to 16 or 24 simultaneous microarray reactions. These hybridization cassettes utilize a compression fit silicone gasket to separate the microarrays, which eliminates the need for contaminating adhesives and inks that cause background noise in microarray scans.

Microarray High-speed microcentrifuge allows rapid centrifugation of microarray substrates and samples. Perfect companion to all glass slide-based kits and protocols.

Pin & Printinghead Cleaning Kit for Stealth™ and ChipMaker™ Micro Spotting Pin and Printhead maintenance
